There are many ways we can create change in how we move, feel and respond.
For certainly we improve our ability to do this by paying attention.
In the following moves lies the opportunity to see how the freedom in your hips change throughout the session.
Everyone is an individual and therefore please notice how things change for you. If any of the moves are painful or feel unsafe please don’t do them.
Be kind and understanding with your body.
I’ll add that any move can be the one you check back in with to look for change. This is simply a template to get you moving and listening for feedback.
