The 21 Day Meditation Marathon

They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, and the Meditation Marathon helps to get you addicted to one of the healthiest habits of all for your mind; meditating! With a different 10 minute guided meditation for each day of the week, you can build up your ability to bring your focus to the present moment. Some of the benefits of a regular meditation practice include better sleep, increased productivity (with improved focus & creativity), stress reduction, and overall better mood. This course is catered to beginners, using binaural beats as the background music to help slow your brainwaves without any prior experience, and hopes to bust all the myths you may have heard around meditating!  

The Meditation Marathon is a 3 week course to help you learn how to cultivate a daily meditation practice.

Comprising of seven 10 minute Guided Meditations created for beginners plus helpful hints, tips & exercises to go alongside them, you will end the 21 days having started an extremely worthwhile healthy habit.
